Amanda, RVT
Amanda joined the Turtle Creek team in January 2007 as a veterinary technician and now serves as the Office Manager. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician and began her career in emergency medicine in Utah. She enjoyed the thrills of a fast paced environment and unexpected challenges that quickly allowed her to apply her new found knowledge. Her exposure to unique opportunities to participate in specialty surgeries, the use of elite equipment, and participation in the ever-growing world of animal physical therapy, are only a few examples of the excitement she encountered in her first year on the job. Despite her enthusiasm, Amanda's heart not only longed to be back home in Texas, but to become an integral part of a veterinary practice and to contribute to her community. Amanda takes great satisfaction and pride in achieving this personal goal with Dr. Rocky and staff.
Home is now in Greenville, Texas where she resides with her husband and son. When she is not at work, she spends her time trying to keep up with them and their ever-growing animal family at home. She stays very busy with what has become her "hobby farm." Her passion for medicine and animals has always been a quality that she wants to share by teaching, listening, and providing any needed care for your four legged members of the family.
